Participation Qualification

To be “Eligible,” a Referrer must:
Be a legal resident of the United States of America.
Be at least 18 years old. No part of the program is directed to persons under the age of 18. IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, YOU MAY NOT USE, ACCESS OR PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM AT ANY TIME OR IN ANY MANNER.

Referral Rewards

Conditions for Earning Referral Reward Nobody tells the eufy story better than you, our customer. So when you recommend a eufy Security product to your friends via sending your referral link and when a friend completes their purchase of the referred series on us.eufy.com, we want to thank you by giving you a reward (you can see the reward rules under the product you can share).
The more friends you invite, the more you can earn.

How to Claim Your Reward

When a Friend make a purchase through your referral link, you will receive an email informing you someone made a purchase using your link, automatically. We will review the referred order within 40 days from the date of purchase for verification and qualification of the referral. Once a referred purchase is verified, you will receive another confirmation email to collect your referral reward.

Multiple Referrals

Friends referred to the eufy Referral Program may only use one referral link. If a referee receives links from multiple eufy users, only the referrer of the first order by the referee will receive a reward.
You cannot refer yourself.

Termination and Changes

eufy may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason. For more details, please see Referral Program Terms & Conditions.
eufy reserves the right to suspend accounts or remove cash rewards if eufy notices any activity eufy believes is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the eufy.com Terms of Service. eufy reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.

Qualified Referral

A “Qualified Referral” means that all the following conditions are met:
1. The Friend completes the purchase of a qualified product (as set out in the eufy Security app or official eufy website referral page) in one order using the referral link. If a Friend purchases from or registers with eufy using any other method, the registration will not count as a Qualified Referral.
2. The Friend referred to the eufy Referral Program may only use one referral link.
3. The Friend is a legal resident of the United States of America and at least 18 years old.

Why haven’t I received a successful invitation email or seen the order information after inviting a friend?

  • Please ensure that your friend made the purchase directly through the share link you copied from the referral page and accepted the cookies from the share link’s website. We track your friend’s purchase information through cookies to match it with your invitation to ensure you can receive your reward. Rest assured, their information is secure. You can learn more about our cookies policy here. If the purchase wasn’t made through your share link, you will not be able to earn the referral reward.
  • If your friend cancels the order voluntarily or if the order is canceled due to risk control or other issues, you will not receive the reward.
  • If you have ensured that you followed the above steps and meet the reward conditions but still have not received a successful invitation email, please provide your share link and your friend’s order number to our customer service. We greatly appreciate your support and patience.

How can I check what my reward is?

  • If you have already successfully invited someone (the invitee must have successfully placed an order), click on “Friends referred” at the top of the referral page to check the order details.
  • If you haven’t successfully invited anyone yet, you can find out the specific reward information next to the invite/share button on the event page. If you have any questions, please consult customer service.

What is the process and timing for reward distribution?

  • After your invitee completes a purchase, you will receive a successful invitation email, and the order status will be updated to “Awaiting Review.”
  • Within the next 40 days, we will complete the review. Once approved, you will receive an approval email.
  • If your reward is a free product, you can use the redemption button at the top of the event page to enter the product’s shipping address. We will send your product to you as soon as possible within the next 7 days and notify you by email. Once we have shipped the product, your order status will be updated to “Sent.”
  • If your reward is an Amazon Gift Card (only applicable in the UK and Europe region), we will send the Gift Card to your email as soon as possible. After we send the Gift Card to your email, your order status will be updated to “Sent.”
  • If your reward is Cash via PayPal (only applicable in the US and Canada), you can use the redemption button at the top of the event page to enter your PayPal email. We will transfer cash to your PayPal account within the next 40 days. Once we complete the PayPal transfer, your order status will be updated to “Sent,” and you will be notified by email.

What are the conditions for earning the referral rewards?

  • You cannot invite yourself.
  • If you are sharing a link for eufy security products, your friend’s discounted order price must exceed $200. This condition also applies to the double reward offer on the 22nd of each month. Regarding the time restrictions on the 22nd of each month, please refer to the following time zones based on your region:
    • US region: Pacific Time Zone, from 0:0:00 to 23:59:59 on the 22nd of each month.
  • If you are sharing a link for a specific product or bundle, your friend needs to purchase the specified product or bundle.
